By establishing long-term cooperation or joint ventures with transportation investment companies, Star Energy is heavily involved in the construction of roads at all levels in more than ten provinces in China, and fully utilizes its technological advantages in the asphalt market to promote the research and production of high-grade and high-tech asphalt products such as modified, emulsified, and special asphalt, and works actively to develop the downstream application market.

Star Energy currently owns one 65,000-ton and one 30,000-ton wharf, four warehousing bases with a storage capacity of over 400,000 cubic meters, and one 37,000-ton asphalt ship, and has employed about 240 people. It is one of the few non-state-owned enterprises in China that has a 3-kilometer deep-water coastline. Star Energy has six asphalt warehousing bases with a storage capacity of over 350,000 cubic meters under construction or preparation. In the next three years, it will invest billions of yuan to complete its logistics and warehousing layout consisting of three horizontal and one vertical routes in China.

Ningbo Haijing Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., located in Beilun District, Ningbo City, specializes in the reception and disposal of waste mineral oil and waste emulsion, oily sewage from ships, and oil sludge during cabin cleaning and tank cleaning. The Company is the core base of offshore oil spill emergency system designated by the competent department of Zhejiang Province.

Star Energy's Oil Products Division mainly deals in imported light cycle oil, imported fuel oil, imported diluted asphalt, and domestic diesel that meets China VI emission standard. With a tank capacity of over 240,000 cubic meters, the company sold 1.15 million tons of oil products in 2019 and 2 million tons in 2020, creating a total revenue of over RMB 7 billion.
